Christine Dagousset

Christine Dagousset is an international executive with more than 30 years of experience in luxury, beauty and wellness. She spent over two decades at Chanel, where she held several senior leadership roles, including Global President of Fragrances and Beauty, Global Long Term Development Officer, and Global Open Innovation Officer. During her tenure, she led global operations and strategic development across marketing, retail, customer relationship management, digital transformation, research and development, and innovation initiatives.

Before joining Chanel in 1998, Dagousset worked at L’Oréal in product development and management positions, including leadership responsibilities for Biotherm in Austria. She later became a board member at Olaplex and has also advised and supported companies and investment firms through her consulting work. In 2025, she joined Advent International as an Operating Partner focused on consumer and luxury businesses. Dagousset has also served on the boards of companies including Evolved by Nature, Capsum and Detox Market. She holds a degree in Marketing from Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG).
