Lucia Zandanel Terán is an Argentine-Italian Design & Innovation leader from Salta, Argentina, with more than 20 years of experience across Latin America, the United States and Europe. She specialises in digital product strategy, UX/UI, Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence applied to digital products, innovation and business transformation for banks, health insurance companies and technology-driven organisations.
She has led design teams at Tenpo Neobank and Coopeuch Bank, among others, implementing scalable design systems, information architecture and agile methodologies to support multi-product digital ecosystems. Her work combines design, technology and AI-driven innovation with a strong focus on human-centred experiences.
Magister Lucía Zandanel graduated in Industrial and Graphic Design from the National University of Cuyo and pursued postgraduate studies in innovation management, agile methodologies and Design Thinking. She is the Argentina Leader for the Interaction Design Foundation, and has also worked as a mentor and lecturer at Coderhouse and +Mujeres en UX LatAm, supporting inclusion and female leadership in technology. In addition, she collaborates with scientific communication projects such as Revista Bioreview, contributing to knowledge accessibility in healthcare and biotechnology.
